We are a Lancashire based lighting manufacturer and distributor and we are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, well organised and articulate individual to join our team. The successful applicant will be involved with all aspects of our technical and graphical design, and will be expected to work on their own initiative, whilst also liaising with the lighting design and marketing departments.

The position’s primary focus will be designing datasheets for our range of products, a task which will encompass several different elements, such as photography, image manipulation and website uploads. Other duties will also include problem solving technical queries and producing wiring diagrams and other documentation.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

·         An intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and experience with image manipulation and clean up.

·         An intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

·         An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs.

·         Basic knowledge of website design.

·         A knowledge of Quark Express and AutoCAD would be advantageous.

·         Experience or interest in photography, particularly using an SLR digital camera.

·         A knowledge of electrical circuitry would be advantageous.

·         Experience using both a PC and Apple Mac would be desirable.

Full time permanent position

Working Hours: 8:30-5:00
