PIR Occupancy Switch No Neutral

Energy saving PIR occupancy detector wall mounting switch enables automatic control of luminaires, with no neutral wiring connection required. Allows luminaires to be automatically switched on when an area is occupied, then after occupant has left luminaires will automatically switch off after a preset time. Absence detector version available, as well as optional discreet override switch. Ideal for when a quick and easy replacement of a single gang light switch is required, particularly in offices, schools, student accommodation, hotels, hospitals, toilets etc.

Features:
• 5 – 60 min. adjustable time period, ensures luminaires stay switched on

when occupant is momentarily still for example

• Adjustable LUX level, ensures luminaires stay switched off if there is

sufficient natural light

• No neutral connection required
• Replaces a single gang light switch
• Two or more switches can be wired in parallel for switching from more

than one position

• Load (only suitable for lighting loads)

• 10A incandescent lighting

• 6A linear fluorescent lighting (max 6 high frequency ballasts

recommended)

• 3A compact fluorescent lighting (high frequency recommended)

• 3A low voltage lighting (switch primary of transformer)

• Terminal capacity 1.5mm2
• Operating temperature -10°C to 35°C

Options:
• Override switch

• Luminaires can be switched off permanently, for example during a

presentation or in a bedroom at night

• Luminaires can be switched on even if there is sufficient natural

light, then automatically switched off when occupancy has ceased

• Absence detector
• Luminaires will not turn on automatically, only when the override

switch is pressed, after which luminaires will turn off automatically when occupancy has ceased
