Secure Unit Psychiatric Services |
| We have recently completed a specialist lighting project at a secure unit in the North West supplying a range of lighting including semi-recessed, under canopy, over bed, exterior floodlighting and drive over lighting. The design specification required all fittings to be vandal resistant with anti tamper screws as standard. It was also important to provide anti-ligature fittings where possible. Recessed where possible and all polycarbonate, to ensure the safety and security of patients and staff. For the project we redesigned the main light fittings to make them fully recessed due to the low level ceilings (2.5m) and also designed and developed two specialist fittings to fit into areas of the ceiling; Caspian A and B are similar in characteristics with different dimensions.
